Multipoint string branch lines made of two material components for free and fixed installation in photovoltaic systems

Application

The String Collection System (SCS) is a system that has been specially developed for multipoint string branch lines for outdoor and roof-mounted photovoltaic systems. The system can be used both outside and inside in both free and fixed installation. In addition, the units are suitable for use in and on insulated units and systems (protection class II).

The SCS systems are, by default, fitted with our DRAKAFLEX® SUN cables.

2-Component Concept

In order to withstand extreme environmental and assembly requirements, the SCS distribution node point is made of two material components. A special grouting material ensures particular water tightness, whereby a housing of black polyamide plastic reliably protects the electrical core from mechanical, thermal and chemical influences.

1st component: Grout

Fixing Options

SCS has a wide range of fixing options on the mounting frame. A professional screw fixture with two screws is possible, as is the traditional fixture method using cable ties at the SCS node point that tapers towards the middle.
